It is imperative that building leaders have opportunities to discuss and share effective models of school reform. EBEC will facilitate a leadership learning community as they investigate:

• Co-Teaching
• Differentiated Instruction
• Mentoring Instructional Leaders
• Developing Professional Learning Communities/School Reform
• Curriculum (Understanding By Design) GLE, GSE
• Instructional Leadership issues
• Lab classroom visit, debrief, & support

Curriculum Director / Literacy Coordinator Meetings
